As you probably know I have been running my headshot photography sessions at Warren House on the first Tuesday of the month.

Tacy contacted me as she had heard that I was running sessions and that she was in need of a headshot for Facebook, Twitter and her website.

Tacy is originally from the States and not only is she incredibly beautiful and a delight to photograph but she is such a lovely person and passionate about what she does.

Tacy Singleterry

Tacy is a busy mother of two and entrepreneur with a passion for health and wellness.  She has had a personal interest in health & nutrition since losing her father to heart disease in 1991.  Since then, she has strived to take care of herself through proper nutrition and exercise.  However, after having her second child in 2009, she hit a wall.  Tacy was still eating what she thought was a healthy diet and had resumed her exercise routine.  She even trained and completed the London Marathon in 2010 but was struggling with her energy levels, especially in the afternoons.  She could not seem to drop that last bit of baby weight around the midsection, was moody and irritable, and had uncontrollable sugar cravings!

Tacy figured this must be par for the course of having two small children until her friend and mentor suggested she had a blood sugar problem as she was on a sugar rollercoaster.  In fact, Tacy had been on it for years and it had finally caught up with her.

Getting off the sugar rollercoaster was the beginning of her journey to demystify health and get herself back on the path to wellness.

Tacy is now a Certified Wellness Coach with LiveLong Wellness (an international wellness training company) as well as Certified Team Leader for Dr. Ray Strand’s Healthy for Life program and her intention is to inspire you, motivate you and help you be bold with your life.  And it all starts with getting your mind, body and spirit aligned in a state of wellness.
