I do like to have the opportunity to meet people and showcase my work and at one of the summer fairs I met Holly, Stephen and the adorable Rose!
We arranged for the “Portraits in the Park” session to take place in a local park on 12th August 2012 – how do I remember that date? Lots of reasons!

As you can see we were incredibly blessed with the weather – do you remember the summer!?
I always say how “lovely” my clients are but I can tell you it was a real pleasure to work with Holly and Stephen who are such fun to be around and who obviously love each other very much.
I had given advice to Holly on what to wear before the photography session and I was thrilled with what she came up with – the colours!!! Marvellous! and little Rose looked wonderful with the orange/ochre flower as I am sure you agree in the park setting the colours worked so well.
I do enjoy my job very much and these portrait in the park session although only 45 minutes I can get so much from them. There is a time for “formal” group shots with everyone looking at the camera but the most popular images are the ones like this one with Holly and Rose above and below – love it!
With all my photography sessions whether they are in a park or at home there is always some direction from me – there has to be! So the story of the photography shoot evolves…
This is “time with daddy!” and it certainly gives me goosebumps to see these shots as they are very special.
